THIS IS A CM12 THEME and YES IT WILL WORK ON CM12S and CM12 BASED ROMS. IT WILL NOT WORK ON ROMS OTHER ROMS

CM12 BASED ROMS ARE NOT FULLY SUPPORTED YET. I AM WORKING ON IT. THERE ARE MANY ROMS OUT THERE.
